Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Known and Loved! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at andreacoy9@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Known and Loved is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, gift cards, and any items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

Print-on-Demand Items Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at andreacoy9@gmail.com within 30 days and we will make it right.
